Meet the Trainer-
Lachlan Baker

I have been in the fitness industry since 2022, ever since i was young i have been an extremely active person, playing multiple sports mainly rugby league & currently basketball.
I first started in the gym when i was 15 and overtime grew in love with being in the gym. With my confidence and knowledge growing so did my discipline & consistency.
My goal as a coach is to not only guide people towards their goals but to create long lasting habits that become the new normal in their lifestyle.
One of my biggest goals is to increase everyones knowledge around training, nutrition & decsion making around their health.
